Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Tiger 11 Sports & Entertainment LLC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to jointly pursue investments and partnerships across sport, entertainment, and real estate worldwide.

The two companies will collaborate to identify and develop ventures, including investments in teams and leagues, venues and stadium districts, technology and digital platforms, and adjacent industries such as hospitality, merchandising, and cultural experiences that connect Japan with the global marketplace.

The collaboration combines Mitsui Fudosan’s world-class expertise in real estate and urban development with Tiger 11’s industry-leading insight into how sport and entertainment can drive connection, innovation, and growth.
