Zack Goldman, Founder & CEO

ZACK GOLDMAN

FOUNDER & CEO

Zack Goldman is the founder of Tiger 11, focused on the evolving intersection of sport, entertainment, culture, and global capital. His career has spanned the commercial, sporting, and creative sides of the industry, with executive and consulting experience across teams, leagues, media, talent representation, and international strategy.


Prior to founding Tiger 11, Zack held roles with Liverpool FC, the NFL, and Oxford United FC, and co-founded Where Is Football, a creative house partnering with leading brands, clubs, and footballers.


Outside of Tiger 11, Zack is an investor in Cesena FC, has held board-level positions at several European football clubs, and serves as an advisor to the United Nations Football for the Goals initiative, aimed at advancing social impact across the global game.


He holds degrees from the University of Oxford, the University of Liverpool, and Kenyon College.

NATHEN MCVITTIE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Nathen McVittie is Managing Director of Tiger 11, leading brand, growth, capital, and commercial strategy for clients at the frontier of global sport. He has spent nearly two decades building businesses, consulting, and leading strategy for teams, leagues, brands, player associations, motorsports, and emerging platforms.


Prior to Tiger 11, Nathen began his career as founder of an independent record label at age 16, led creative at Leicester City FC through the 5000-1 Premier League title, and co-founded Where Is Football, the global football collective and United Nations partner with a community of nearly 500,000.


He also later founded Theorycraft, the consultancy acquired by OneTeam Partners in 2021, where he went on to shape nine-figure partnerships for North America's premier player associations alongside Electronic Arts, Sony, Pepsi, Nike, and more.


Beyond Tiger 11, Nathen is an investor in Italian club Cesena FC and counsels brands, clubs, and rights holders across global football and American motorsports.

TESS HARTIGAN

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Tess Hartigan leads business development and innovation across entertainment, technology, and real estate. After advising on international strategy at Tokyo Dome City in Japan, she joined Tiger 11 to connect innovation, investment, and events to broader domestic and international sports development.


Her work spans major events such as the MLB Tokyo Series and the World Baseball Classic, as well as the launch of Tokyo Dome’s enXross DAO, an on-campus startup accelerator.


At Tiger 11, she works closely with Mitsui Fudosan to expand sports and entertainment business, leveraging commercial facilities, residences, and hotels to activate and invest in teams, venues, and districts.


Prior to Tiger 11, Tess spent a decade at Belvedere Trading, where she served as Director of Product Development and remains a Capital Partner. She holds a BA and MBA from Stanford University.

RACHEL HOLMES

MARKETING

Rachel is a brand strategist focused on culturally-informed storytelling and global audience development, with experience spanning fashion, sport, and international partnerships.


At Tiger 11, she advises clients on brand positioning, audience growth, and marketing strategy, helping organizations expand into new markets with cultural clarity and relevance.


Her work explores the intersection of culture, identity, and brand, translating human insight into strategies that resonate across markets and build long-term value.
