Zack Goldman
FOUNDER
Tiger 11 was founded by Zack Goldman to deliver data-rich, on-and-off-pitch strategy to some of the most creative and forward-thinking teams, leagues, brands, venues, and investment groups in global sport. With a focus on world football, Tiger 11 helps clients invest intelligently, win on the pitch, grow their business, and resonate in culture.
Zack’s career has spanned the commercial, sporting, and creative sides of the industry. Following early work in media with Oxford United FC and the National Football League (NFL), and a two-season stint in international development for Liverpool FC, he co-founded Where Is Football, a global platform and creative house dedicated to expressing the world’s love of the world’s game. There, he helped create an Emmy-nominated series and led strategic direction for clients including adidas, Nike, Chelsea FC, Major League Soccer, Japan’s J.League, Audi, and Budweiser.
After collaborating with some of football’s most marketable players, Zack launched a representation and agency division focused on data-driven talent identification, brokerage, and mediation with clubs around the world. Prior to its acquisition in 2022, he completed more than 40 transfers and signings with clubs across the Premier League, Bundesliga, Liga MX, Brasileirão, and beyond.
Today, Zack is an investor at Italian Serie B club Cesena FC, sits on the board of Belgian Challenger Pro League club Patro Eisden, and advises the United Nations’ Football for the Goals initiative, using the power of the game to advance sustainability and social impact.
He holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool (UK), with an emphasis on the football industry, and a master’s degree in the philosophy of film and media culture from the University of Oxford (UK).

Nathen McVittie

Nathen McVittie has worked alongside some of sport's most innovative teams, leagues, and brands. His approach combines strategic foresight, operational excellence, creative innovation, and business expertise, enabling brands to grow, communities to thrive, and organizations to achieve enduring success.
With nearly two decades of experience, Nathen has carved out a distinctive presence in the worlds of global sport, entertainment, and culture. His career began in the music industry, where he founded a globally recognized independent record label at the age of 16. Later, Nathen co-founded Where Is Football (formerly Common Goal), a multidisciplinary creative studio dedicated to showcasing the profound cultural impact of football.
Nathen’s journey continued with pivotal roles at Leicester City FC, during their iconic 5000-1 Premier League-winning season, and Bleacher Report, where he helped hone their influential digital presence.
He subsequently founded Theorycraft, a groundbreaking consultancy in gaming and esports, collaborating with brands such as SoFi, Riot Games, and YouTube. Following Theorycraft’s acquisition by OneTeam Partners in 2021, Nathen spearheaded Webby-nominated campaigns alongside North America’s premier player associations and top-tier brands, including TIAA, Electronic Arts, DoorDash, and Pepsi.
His impact spans diverse projects and industries, from shaping the identity of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and orchestrating partnerships between FaZe Clan and Manchester City, to launching global branding for the Call of Duty League, reimagining operational strategies at Sam Hunt Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and as an investor at Serie B team Cesena FC.
